Are you a member of the Chemistry and Chemical Biology Department and want to have your voice heard (anonymously)?
You can fill out this form with seminar speaker recommendations, interpersonal concerns (based on interactions with peers, professors, etc.), departmental concerns (things you like that the department is doing or things you would like to change), questions for the DGS, or feedback for COrGI specifically. The responses will be read and compiled by a COrGI executive committee member and reported to the DGS. The DGS will not see the entries but please still try to remove any identifiers so that the feedback is anonymous to the COrGI executive committee as well.
